How satisfying to grab a card basket and head out into the fields to pick your own strawberries, raspberries and pumpkins! Buy seasonal vegetables, stop and have refreshments in the cafe (or a toilet break) and good luck if you have to park in the lower field! Wish they'd improve thisEDIT Nov 2018 - they did improve it! No problems with trying to pass other cars now :-)

Lovely to pick your own pumpkin. Good to show the kids where they actually come from rather than off a supermarket shelf.Delicious hot chocolate too!
A great place to visit in the summer for strawberry picking. Raspberries and gooseberries to pick too. Don't miss the pumpkins in October! Great fun for the whole family. Delicious homemade cakes and soup in the quaint little tea room all served on dainty bone china. The staff are super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to please. I wish it was open all year!
Fab for pumpkin picking - loads of the things! We've also been for the strawberries in the summer which were great too. Nice cafe as well and picnic benches under the tree if you want to take your own pack up.
