What a fantastic customer service WoW Interiors have. I messed up on an eBay order with them, I thought I had ordered two lengths of worktop edging when in fact I had mistakenly only ordered one. I phoned them up told Ryan in sales dept what had happened and needed another length urgently as kitchen fitter was coming to fix it the next day. No problem new length posted for next day signed delivery FREE And arrived before 11am the next day. Thanks Ryan if ever I'm in Doncaster we must have a drink.Tommy M. Manchester
Excellent service from start to finish. Had a few items to return at the end of the job which was no hassle at all. Our en suite now looks fabulous and all at competitive prices. The staff are cracking. Well happy with it all.
We found what we wanted on their website and contacted them for prices and availability. They were well priced and delivery was quick. I would recommend them to set up the website so that you can buy from there though rather than having to ring, but still a top quality transaction
We had two bathrooms to replace and called into the Wow showroom. So happy we did. Seema was really impressive with her knowledge and kept within our budgets, never making us feel pressured in any way. All the products arrived on time, well packaged and correct. Everything was top quality. We also needed a fitter and they had a number of guys that they recommend. We used Reese and his work was brilliant. Its been a great job and we couldnt be more pleased. We highly recommend them.
I didnt know where to start with designing a bathroom. Mine is a tiny space and I thought it would be difficult to fit everything in it.
