Read the reviews some of the 5 star reviews are exactly word for word, fake! They couldn't even get my samples sent out right, so ordered with Worktop express instead, same price and you can pick your delivery date!! Gives you a 2 hr delivery slot beforehand and half an hours warning by phone on the day and they inspect and take away packing when your happy!! Not like vague 2-5 day delivery. Worktop express = 5 stars
Very good. Got a delivery slot over two days so phoned towards end of first day and was informed if it wouldn't be later that afternoon it would be in the morning. About half an hour later the delivery driver called me to say he would like to deliver first thing in the morning and asked me how early he could come - we agreed and time and he was super efficient. I liked the fact we were kept informed of what was happening. No problems at all with worktops - exactly what we asked for at a great price. No, I don't know the owners this is an honest review from happy customers.
Should have read the reviews first before ordering, as I am having the exact same problems. Very poor communication . days after saying my order was paid and delivery would be within two days. Got a further email with the order couldn't be fulfilled. Asked about an alternative, No reply. Rang up, the response was, can't tell you, will check with our supplier. A couple of days after, rang up and was basically going through the same process as if I hadn't already been in touch, so asked for a refund. To date, 3.5 weeks from original purchase weeks and still no refund, rang again to be told that I'll have no later than Wednesday. I won't hold my breath. I don't think all these reviews are genuine.
Shocking, don't believe the good reviews they are clearly faked!! Ordered 1000 of worktops, waited 2 weeks for delivery only to phone up on the day and be told they couldn't fulfil the order at all or offer a replacement product within the same price! I only received my refund after leaving a terrible review on their sister company Wow Interiors Yorkshire, I recommend anyone else doing the same if they want it dealt with quickly!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!. Made an order for worktops and received an email to say that they would be in touch once payment had cleared to advise of delivery- received nothing so 3 days later I phoned them and they advised that payment had not been made so had to start again. Ordered again on the phone, made payment and then today (another 4 days later) I received an email to say that they were unable to deliver to my area- no mention of a refund etc etc. Called them and like others have stated in reviews they simply don't care! When I queried about when they would refund my card was simply advised that it gets dealt with by their accounts department and that I couldn't be put through to them to as they were at lunch! If like me you are working to a time schedule with builders etc then be very aware!
